June Ontario Pole Jam at LIVE ONCE Studio

Just a head up to save the date for our June Ontario Pole Jam. 🤸 🤸 🤸 It will be on June 6, Sunday, from 2-5pm. We have the great opportunity to have our pole jam at the elegant and beautiful LIVE ONCE Fitness Studio at 100 Nipissing Rd, Unit #6, Milton , Ontario. (905 878-9125). LIVE ONCE has eight 12 foot brass poles and 1 Xstage spinning chrome pole. Also hardwood floor and full wall to wall mirror. 🌸 Elisabeth Magalhaes, owner and head instructor of LIVE ONCE, will host our June Ontario Pole Jam. 👸 She will be our feature poler of the month and we will have the great fortune to watch her give us a live performance, just for our June Ontario Pole Jam. 🥂 Elisabeth has been poling for over 10 years, has come out with 2 amazing instructional dvd for beginners to advance (see pic below). She has inspired us all with her many graceful and awesome performances on YouTUBE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-KH0_sVgJk&quot ; She has also won several fitness competition. Her most recent is 2009 Fitness Star Competition in which she won 1st Place. 🥂 Her instructors certification program for beginner to advance is the only instructors certification program that is recognize and accredited by Canada's CanFitPro. Don't miss this opportunity to meet her and watch a special performance just for our June Ontario Pole Jam. 🤸 Same great deal , $20.00 for 3 hours of glorious poling and bring fingerfood /munchie for our potluck table to refuel our energy. Hi All, Just letting you know that Kirsten and Eric from Brantford won't be able to make it to this one. Eric has a recital in Simcoe, and Kirsten has a family engagement. Cathy and I will be there though. Is it okay if we add some people from our studio? Also, I was wondering if anyone could work with me on the twisted grip handspring thingy? I just can't get it, and I know I'm strong enough to do it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! Some pointers while I'm at the jam would be fantastic. Help? Anyone? Please? LOL!

Hi Kalli, There are definitely polers coming who can do the TG mount and can help you. 😛 Elisabeth is amazing at it and can give you some pointers as well as any of the guys or Phoenyx's crew. 🤸 🤸 I'm working on this move currently. I have the basic fundamental and mechanics of this move but can't quite execute it yet. 😠 It is absolutely OK to bring other polers with you. The more the merrier.

Just wanted to say that I cant wait, so excited about meeting you all finally, I had said there were 5 polers from London, but now we are 7 coming! see you Sunday!

See you there! OMG Copperowen, I haven't seen you in what seems like forever. I'm so glad your going to make it. 🥂 🤸 🫡 Its going to be a blast and Elisabeth who is so modest is an absolutely amazing poler. 👸 YEY, only 2 more sleep nights to go. BTW Kalli and Veeneers, Sept Ontario Pole Jam will be at PHEONYX's brand new studio. Date to be announce.

Another successful Ontario Pole Jam. 🥂 We had approximately 20 polers from New Market, Brampton, London, Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Brantford and Milton have an absolute blast. 😛 A special thank you to our host and feature poler Elisabeth of LiveOnce Fitness Studio who gave us a beautiful performance 👸 . You are amazing.

Thank you to everyone who helped me figure out new moves! You guys were awesome, and it was so nice to meet you all. Special thank you to Elizabeth, for hosting the event, for the beautiful pole performance, and teaching us the "how to" on the Super Man and the Twisted Grip! I am so excited that I was able to take that home with me to practice. Hopefully, by the time we meet again next, I'll be able to do both with ease! See you all in July!
