Ok ok...so...Russian hair challenge...done while doing tricks, or floorwork, or any and all of the above? Ultra bonus points for the ability to do Russian ghetto hair style throughout an entire dance

Russian ghetto hairography challenge comes from this discussion https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/Pole_styles_go_for_them_20140617052311 based on this funny 'what's your pole style' video. It was suggested that more/faster/harder hair flicking was a good thing and epic hi-speed hair whirling shouldn't just be confined to floor or climbing or the odd spin but used at every opportunity - so it became an unofficial challenge. I just attempted to fit in random high speed hair whirling during a freestyle to bluegrass gospel music; unfortunately I chopped my long hair off this year so it's more like head banging whilst on spin mode!
You ladies are great!! I attempted the flag as few times yesterday. By the time i grabbed my camera, company was here and the thought disappeared. However I'm so in for this Russian Hair whipping. Sounds like a good ol fashion neck ache:)
