I'm pretty sure that this move is a spinning shoulder mount (when on static mode). I've seen angie-scorpio from YT referring to this move with that name. 😀 🎅 🦌 🎅
It is on Pantera's video. And yes, it is a spinning shoulder mount.
Love this move,...Since I can't get a proper inverted chopper, this is the closest effect I can get to that.
