I tried this one last night after i posted that i was looking for some help with figuring out how to get into it once am inverted well it didnt go so good fell off the pole as legs weren't positioned correctly 😲 if anyone has any advice on this that would be great i know there are a few diffrent ways of getting into it, I just need 1 😉

Can you do full splits on the floor, and a hip hold? once you get these you can do a jade split, it takes time to prep the skin that grips the pole, but these two requisites are what I've used. Once you get the hip hold you'll need to increase the grip on the pole to stay balanced when you bring your leg horizontal.
I can't do a full split ( pretty close, but not quite although i do feel comfortable doing drop splits off the pole as long as i have proper warm up & stretch ) I can do the hip hold, scorpio, gemini, pike (sitting upside down on pole with no hands) I have seen the jade done from all these, but once I'm inverted, I can't figure out how to get into jade thought I was doing it right, but obviously falling off the pole isn't part of the trick 😳 😂 😲
DID IT!!!!! YAY!!! cant do a full split so didnt look as nice as others, but I dont care I did it!!!! Being able to do a full split does help with balance and grip ( i didnt realize til did it ) but got into the position am so excited!!!

That is fantastic!! Congrats!! 😀 😀 I think it looks kinda cool if you do a stag position with your legs instead of a full split. Jamilla does this in her dvd.
thnx. 😀 Ya jamilla's dvds are great 🥂 i have vol. 1-5 she's actually the one who gave me the confidence to do the bow & arrow hearing her say it isnt as dangerous as it looks made me feel safe enough to try got 1st shot 😎 I am going to practice in a little bit hopefully I really have the move and it wasnt just a lucky fluke! 😮
