Issues with House of Pole???

I ordered a pole extender from House of Pole on 9/11/2010. It doesn't show as shipped on their website. I've sent emails and have only received one response back saying they would look into it and get back to me. No one has gotten back to me. I tried to call the phone number at the end of their email, but I keep getting a message saying that the user is not accepting calls at this time. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm thinking I should cancel my order and just go through xpole directly, but I can't get ahold of anyone to do that. I would think that after 12 days, I would have some kind of response or a ship date, or better yet, my extender. Thanks.
