I dont have internet @ home and when i use my cell to try to watch vids they do not play properly.. i was wondering if there were a mobile app for this?

Just curious: what phone are you using? I access SV mostly on my iPad and iPhone and haven't had any trouble getting videos to play, even on a mobile data connection.
I have an android and do not seem to have problems either. The only time I have issues is when I have low bars. But I also have 4G and wifi at my house. 3G takes forever for the videos to load, but I have some videos that take forever even on my wired computer.
i have a galaxy rush andriod 3g..
lilmissre - I looked your phone up and it appears that its 3g chipset may not provide the best overall bandwidth management. You'll be able to play videos off sites with dollars to support massively scalable video infrastructures such as Youtube or Vimeo but will probably struggle on other networks. I'm sorry I couldn't provide a better answer :(
