Hi everyone, just wondering when exactly an iron X becomes an iron X? After so long of a hold or what? Thanks :) x

I would say that dropping right out of it is NOT an iron X. I cannot remember what the time frame is for some competitions for holding a move but I would think that a good 3-5 seconds would be considered appropriate.
To me, if you can lower into it with control and hold it for even an instant, that's the start of it, working up to holding it longer.

Im tryin to upload a vid of where im currently at with lowering. Not holding it but jst sort descending in a controlled manner which im pretty excited about!
I like to say if you can hold a pose long enough to get a picture of it that's pretty good!
