I wanted to ask, your opinion girls .. After getting the basic invert down and crucifix what move should I try next? Which in order is it the Scorpio or Gemini or extended butterfly? Any advice love to hear. Xo

Hi :) If you have veenas lessons, just follow her order. :) After incerted crusifix, is inverted thigh hold, after that, comes the gemini :)
I second that you should Definitely follow Veena's lessons in order. They are in order for a reason ;)
Wanted to add that I now realize how critical it is to learn certain moves before others as in Veena's lessons. I learned most of my moves at the studio & they were not in an order that built off of prior moves learned, so now 3 years into poling, I now just learned the inverted thigh hold & am going back in Veenas lessons to learn other essential moves.
