Hiii all ? can anyone help with how to get into such a pose like this, inverted but with hands behind the body? I can’t seem to find any videos online & am a lil stuck on figuring it out alone… any advice would be appreciated ?

Hello! I can help as I have a two tutorials for it one of them teaches you how to enter from off the pole. It's called the Bow and Arrow https://www.studioveena.com/tutorial/bow-and-arrow-1161/
