I currently hold a policy as a pole instructor with Insurance4Dancers, but I am wishing to part ways due to unacceptable customer service, I have sent many e-mails and no reply. I am looking for a new insurance that will cover me as a pole instructor and also add teach Lyra to my policy, does anyone recommend a company?

Last I heard Aerial Amy had found another company that does pole insurance but you can't teach in heels. I would suggest writing her on here or Facebook for more info. I also hold a policy with them for studio insurance (haha cuz I have no studio.). I would also write Val Schrader at Infinity Aerial, I think she has a policy through another company that also covers her aerial teaching.
Through Zumba I got K&K insurance. Then I added a beginner pole class and thats covered as well as long as we don't use any props like heels or feathers etc. I had emailed them about it and the next day they answered back. They have very good costumer service.
Hi Monica Sorry to hear you've had problems with I4PD but did you check your spam folder? They get that complaint when the email is going to their spam. :)
I've am about to apply for Francis L. Dean & Associates, Inc. Website is www.fdean.com and the type of insurance you need is called "Specialty Insurance Coverage for Fitness Class Facilities". This covers pole. I am planning to call them tomorrow to make sure it covers poling with heels. This was one of the companies Aerial Amy suggested.
Diva...that's the same company that I4PD is through but has some different coverage limitatios. I'm not certain but I don't think that one prohibits the heels. I believe only K&K prohibits them.
