Instagram Videos

So I tend to make "To Do" pole move folders or bits of combos that inspire me. I used to video them with my phone and then save them to the computer. But now with instagram (as shared by Heart of the Scorpion) I am using links to keep track of them. So I thought I would share some of my links if anyone is interested. A lot of them are similar, lots of shoulder rolls and on the ground stuff (low pole/floorwork). I'll get stuck on something I like the look of and end up downloading or recording videos of basically the same thing over and over without even realizing it :) Some are more ambitious than others, but here goes!
