Inside leg hang (scorpio)

My next step in my back-to-basics quest is really refining the first inverted positions I learned. So, I've been looking a lot at the way other folks do them. I've noticed a big difference in the way people do the inside leg hang. Some people use the hooked leg's points of contact as ankle and thigh oriented. But some people do this with the knee pit as the point of contact. The lines look so different to me, I almost think of them as different moves. SO -- which way do you do it? Did you decide to use your method, or are you just using the one you were taught? I'm really curious about the pros and cons of these two points of contact. Thanks so much you brilliant people!!! 😀 Mindy
