Inside knee hang to inside knee hang

So I have a question about the spinning crutel or inside knee hang to inside knee hang.. I've been trying to learn this but it just feels so awkward.. Outside knee hang then coming around and switching sides to other side outside knee hang (does that even make sense?) actually feels much more comfortable.. Is this even a recognized move cuz I havnt been able to find it anywhere??

They are both recognized moves. Veena (and most people I know at least) call them Gemini switches and Scorpio switches. When you break them down, it is just Gemini to inverted thigh hold, continue moving body to opposite side of the pole (so your outside leg hook becomes an inside leg hook without doing any leg switching) and then doing your leg switch into another outside leg hang. There you have it - Gemini to Gemini. For Scorpio switches it is just the opposite. I am still learning these, and for me it was very helpful to begin by breaking the combo down into constituent movements that are already in my vocabulary like this. Then as I get more comfortable with the transitions, I speed it up. You have to be comfortable with leg switches on both sides and in both directions (Gemini to Scorpio and Scorpio to Gemini) in order to do these moves. Hope this helps. PolarGirl, thanks so much for the breakdown!! I'm great with Gemini to Scorpio switches on one side..the other side is there but not as pretty yet. I think the biggest thing you said that will help me is breaking it down step by step.. Gemini, to inverted thigh hold, to Gemini on opposite side..instead of trying to make it one fluid movement right off the bat. I love love Veenas lessons and use to have a full subscription where I could view them..I'm definitely looking to renew the 'full meal deal' here very soon!! Again, Thx a bunch!! :))
