Im new and help!

hi guys, started to get into pole a few years ago but has been a long time... ive just subscribed to Veena but im confused about how the lessons go...where do i start? is there a day one / two etc? Hope someone can help! Thanks!

Hi and welcome! Being that you've been away awhile I'd start with the 30 day take off program or the first video in the beginner section. All sections are placed in a progressive order so all you need to do is watch the first video and go on from there :) Have fun, and let me know if you have any other questions!
