Im all over the place..Need some advice plz.

Hey guys.. 🙁 I started poling 4 months ago and I feel like im all over the place. I feel like im not focusing on going step by step with learning basic moves and all because I serously dont know what the heck im doing anymore, im confused 😕 😂 . I know how to do a couple of basic spins, sit, but my question is the following. As a beginner, what do you suggest to start with? Like sit first then try basic spins then what?? ....for example ill start poling and i end up doing the same shh. 😂 😂 😂 I have tried to invert, but I cant get it. Im not sure if its too early. 😢 😢 Im so lost. I wish I had like a plan or something like that so that atleast I have an idea of what to do next... I dont know if you guys understood me, but all I know is that I need to learn what's next. 🤔 HELP 😐

Hey Pinkitty, Sounds to me like you need an instructor to guide you with some structure and feedback and you have come to the right place! Veena has wonderful lessons that are arranged according to difficulty so that you can build up strength and a repertoire of pole movement in a sensible and logical manner. The lessons are also ten times more cost efficient than going to a studio if you aren't looking for group exercise which has a different feel to it (some people love to take class at a studio because you have people around to encourage and inspire you) or if you are not anywhere near a studio. Either way, take advantage of the excellent opportunity this site is giving you!! 😀 Fleur

Is there a school nearby you could also have a session at? also remember hand positions, I'm seeing a lot of women who have hands too close together at the moment. 2 months ago, it was something very different...
