I wanted to share here because I think we still occasionally assume everyone outside of pole dance thinks those who enjoy it are silly or pervs! However, I've found that many people admire what we do and my goal has always been to get others to understand that regardless of your age, fitness level or background you can enjoy the benefits of pole!
