I agree with IchigoMewMew- I could see something was off right at the beginning! The way her body sort of... wiggled, forward and back, very minutely... and her muscles weren't properly engaged enough! There was a clear difference between her muscle engagement when "demonstrating," and when she did the lift.
Lol Yes, I thought it started off weird (they did mean it as a joke) but when I saw all of the prep stuff I was thinking okay let's see what tips might be in this vid!

Wow! People think slapping a tutorial together is fun and easy and they should put it on youtube so they can get recognition and attention - even if it means it's all disjointed, confusing and strange.
