Im looking for either a site.. or if u know of any the health benefit statistics for pole dancing =) were making pamphlets to hand out at golds gym this friday and id like to include some wonderful facts!! thanks in advance ladies!! <3 chel

You can also add Strength in there too, as well as a creative release, being not expensive after the first initial purchase of a pole (or, you can go to a studio if they have open times), and allowing of all women to participate, regardless of how your body is shaped...because if you can walk, you can dance 😉
Maybe you could get some of your fellow pole dancing friends together and take some artsy black and whites of your muscles...pretty upper back and arm shots, toned legs next to pole, etc. and say something about the kind of bodies pole builds (hot ones...meow) 😀 I don't know where you'd find numerical statistics, but images of real women with real pole muscles speak for themselves...that is until someone comes up with a solid % of how much butt pole dancers kick. 💪
There probably isn't any actual numeric data out yet...but maybe this would be a good opportunity to start compiling that kind of stuff. Get some testimonials poppin off in here!

what an awesome idea!!! i hope you can upload a copy of the brochure after its all done. everyones suggestions were fantastic 🙂 maybe you could even include that picture of the aerial silks compared to pole dancing; i think a few of the ladies on facebook had that circulating around, it was a really great picture.
yupyup i was lookin for some numerical information =) so theres liek factoral stuff backing it up ~ tho i would LOVE some testimonial stuff as well!! ill make some more of those comparing photos as well. i asked heather if she wanted me to put them on there n shes like.. no.. so yea theyre pretty blank.
