I need help mounting my pole! Weird ceiling stuff

Hello everyone! I'm in desperate need of somewhere to install my pole. U know I'm supposed to position a beam in the middle of the top dome but my ceiling doesn't look like any of the ones I see in instructional videos. The beams do not go all the way up to the concert ceiling. I've added the picture here.
