Ok. So I finally made a video. It's my first attempts at the extended butterfly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C6okpzcUT9Q It's not great....and I think I look like a blob (bad angle 😀 ). Anywho....more to come now that I know how to make a video! Thanks Joel for the great tips!!! NT

Woo. Love that song! Niiiice extended butterflies! I love that split grip invert to butterfly business. I can't seem to get the hang of it, but it sure does look lovely!

Thanks. It seemed easier doing it from a split grip craddle. For some reason, my grip dosen't seem as strong when I do from an invert.
What a great video! You make that extended butterfly look so easy. Also, fabulous toe point--you look so graceful. And of course, love the ending!
wow amazing job!! 🥂 🥂 great extended butterfly too 😀 it took me awhile ( and alot of bruises to get that one) 😎 I was really impressed with the moves 1:15 and after as beside the reverse climb I can't do those, but have been trying 🫡 well great video 🌸 i always get so excited when theres a new video 🤸 i made one last night, but am going to tape over it as usual i started out ok, but than ran out of ideas so I look a bit aimless casually strolling around the pole trying to think what to do next ❓ 😉

I went to make another video from a practice last week and I was like...."all I did was stare at the pole, wipe my hands/pole and stretch"...not much to show. I could have swore I did more than that! 😛
lol ya thats me too I look back at the tape and it's like thats it?... oh. 😕 😎 I actually have 2-3 songs I think I did pretty good on, but first I need to get laptop (as I have learned the hard, time-consuming, expensive way) my comp. and camera aren't going to work togethet bc comp is too old or so I am told should be gtting taxes next month so will be able to get it then only other thing is when did the videos wasnt planning on posting and they are a little "sexy" nothing crazy, but ya know... 😳 🐱 😕 😎 although now that we can set out videos to private for the forum maybe can post more well can't wait to see next months challenge and the new things veenas got planned for the sight 🤸 🤸

amazing job mrstone!!!!! you do NOT look like a blob, you looked graceful and beautiful! im so jealous, you can do so many moves i cant yet! lol, awesome job, i cant wait to see more vids!
