I'm taking an aerial silk class!!!

Ok I'm super excited! I've always thought the aerial silk stuff was amazing but I knew it took a lot of upper body strength and thought I could never do it and also I had no idea where I'd even learn such a thing. Since I started poling I definitely have more strength so I'm a lot less scared of falling and breaking my face. I did some searching and found a place here in Chicago that teaches circus act type classes and they have an aerial silk class. I thought they'd be crazy expensive but it's only $220 for 8 weeks and my parents said they would pay for half of it!!! The place is http://www.aloftloft.com/Aloft_Loft/About_.html they have tons of cool classes...and the second Saturday of the month they have a free trapeze class which I would love to take but I usually work 😢 I had to share my excitement with someone and I knew you guys would understand! Sadly the classes don't start until June but I can use this time to get extra buff so I hopefully do well at it! And the studio space has a chinese pole too so hopefully I can mess around on that for a bit too. I'm so excited!!!
