Any of you DC area ladies gonna be there? I'm going to be taking the 6:30 and 7:30 class I think. Amcut? Sabrina? Punkrockgirlie?

I go to the Monday night 6pm class - let me know what you think of it - I'm going back to pole pressure tomorrow for lunchtime pole wooooooooohoooooooooo!
I've gone there one other time for a pole party. I had fun being with so many other ladies, most of whom had never touched a pole before. I wasn't really a fan of the set up though. There was no mirror where I was in the back and we had to share poles so that meant a lot of time waiting while your partner was poling 🙁 Do you like it there?

It's a great strength class (Pole 2-though it looks like you'll be taking pole 1? throw a CKR in there haha!!), I've been going for over a year and she's very fit, but I'd like to do more moves, which she's starting to do. just started doing choppers! woohoo! 🙂 Let me know your thoughts after you take the class - I haven't taken any other classses there except pole, but the others look like fun, too, though I'm just interested in pole.
Hey Lady! I was working and didn't see this post. I would have loved to have gone with you though. I am still trying to figure out when I can swing getting up to pole pressure!

So what did you think of your classes last Thurs, Sissy? Am so excited abt the jam - it's getting so close!
I actually didn't go because it turned out to be a chair fit class and I had some other stuff I needed to do anyway so I skipped it. We are getting close to december though aren't we? I'm looking for a cute santa outfit lol.
Count on it Sissy! So I was looking up the pole pressure site last night, and I am frustrated because my work schedule is the exact opposite of the class times she offers right now. I am hoping to get down there in the next week or so if possible. What is your schedule like? I am being patient at the moment, but I think once Dec 1st comes I am going to start buggin'. I have been looking for a Santa outfit too, but I think I might just make one. I was thinking of making a hood with pom poms but I am still on the drawing board with that one. I may end up not doing anything though, I always plan stuff like that and then run out of time, life just gets in the way.

I have a procrastination problem, that's my issue. Like right now I'm supposed to be working on a project at work, but I keep putting it off to BS on here LOL. My shcedule is work Mon-Friday 7:30 - 4:30. All of my kids sports are over now (finally) so my evenings and weekends are mine again...for a little while at least LOL. It takes me about 45 to an hour to get to pole pressure though so I have to take that into account when I look at the schedule.

Hey Ladies!!!! I live in Woodbridge, Va and would love to go sometime. I've gotten to know punkrockgirlie a bit from the site but I would love to get to know more of you guys in the DC area. Unfortunately, work is taking more up time than I want it to right now. I'll check the schedule on line again and see if anything works.
We really do need to plan a pole jam at Pole Pressure soon. I really miss you Sissy! Yeah seriously, there you go poppin' up all random. haha. where you been mr. MIA? I will do my best to see if I can get out of work and up to DC by 1. Otherwise, the Saturday after Turkey day I am pretty sure I can be there anytime. But yeah, let's do it this Saturday if we can! I am down. I just hope my hands heal in time. I am starting to look like a leper. ha.

Have a great time ladies and JC!! I'll be out of town this weekend but maybe a sat in December would do - also, I would like to try to mkae it to her pole trix class on fri night @ 5:30 sometime! I'll be going to the 12:30 class again tomorrow, 4th one - LOVE it 🥂

I should go for introductory pole? I'm not one to turn down free time, especially if it comes with a possible demo! I'll be there at noon!

went to her polepressure 2 class again yesterday at lunch - so. much. fun. ahe has SO much energy 🤸 - at the end of class we were just playing around a bit and ended up doing the headstand to CAR! FIRST EVER - wow, what a feeling!!!!! Definitely easier for me to do a pole sit/CKR having been warmed up. Logical, tho sometimes my brain is a little slow 😀 That Charlotteville class/performance in January looks awesome! Wondering if I can make it..
So what time are we meeting? Jungle I know you said 1 (so we can stretch and stuff) but there is a class at 1, so are we taking that one too? I'm planning to be there at 1, if you anyone will be there where will you be? If you want my cell number message me.
