It is one of her own signature moves. Becca does a lot of aerial work (corde lisse, silks) and tryied to translate some of those into pole moves. Basically it is an aerial fan kick (windmill) into a hip key dropped into a leg hang...or an aerial fan kick into a holly drop.

I want to try this!!! It seems a little scary but maybe if I try it slowly enough.... I already have a solid Holly Drop. My fan kicks could be better and I've never even tried an aerial one. Well I'll try it out and see what happens! Thanks for sharing!

That arm grip is pretty important for this, and yes it will HURT!!!
