How to match the aerial hoop size?

Hello! I want to start my adventure with aerial dance. Please tell me what diameter the hoop should be? How best to match it?

You can measure body length from hip to ground and add five centimeters to it

Or sit on a chair and measure from chair to the top of your head and add 5cm
