I just learn how to go upside in class, but I don't how to get out of it! I just am there upside down and slide down because don't know what to do! Any sugestions?

I'm sure you'll learn in the next few classes but I'll try to describe some of the ways I like getting out and maybe they'll make sense ;) One way is to put your hand down on the ground into a handstand position and get out the same way you would a handstand. Another one I like it to put your hands down and thread one arm under the other (one hand moves between the other hand and the pole) and you allow your body to follow into a sort of shoulder roll. The last thing I tend to use is once your hands are on the ground, I lower my legs down into a superman position and slide the rest of the way down is a sort of superman-pushup thing.
