how high does my ceiling need to be?

This is probably a silly question, but it's been the reason that I haven't bought a pole yet! I'm concerned that my ceilings are too short for a pole. I feel like I wouldn't have enough room to do the "moves". I've watched videos on YouTube and everyones ceilings look so much higher than mine. So basically, how high should my ceiling be in order to have a pole and to have enough room to use it properly? Thanks! 😀
