i recently purchased the Pole Position book from int pole dance fitness assoc and saw a move called capezio but i cannot find how to execute the move. any helpers?

I have never heard of this move and cannot find it on pole dance dictionary or wikipole. Is there some way you can snap a picture of it and post it?

I think I've seen this in a pole picture book somewhere (might be the same book as yours). From memory, the capezio looks like what most people know as an allegra... Does it look like this: http://poledancedictionary.com/moves/311/allegra/

Mai does this move well. It is so beautiful. I can do the ballerina and I can do front splits, but this takes extreme strength and hip flexibility. So I'm still working on it.
