How Do You Feel When You Dance

Hello, Lovely Ladies and friends. I am a writer, working on a project, and it just occurred to me (yes, I am slow) that SV would be an incredible resource to tap for my project, if anyone wants to share. I would like to know, personally, to YOU... How do you feel when you dance? It doesn't need to be long or flowery, just looking for the uniqueness of many beautiful experiences. And some not so beautiful. If you feel like sharing, I would be honored. I will share my project when done with any who are interested. Post or if you feel more comfortable you can message me.

Since I'm still a beginner (6 months) I mostly feel awkward and slow when I practice alone and in class at the studio. But in November I performed in our studio showcase in a Foundations group routine and THAT made me feel EXHILARATED. I'm not stranger to be speaking to small groups of people but I had no idea I would LOVE PERFORMING to a medium group of people.
