I am new here, referred by a friend. I have been pole dancing for a little over one year. I teach beginning pole and I am working on advancing my skill to hopefully compete. Anyhow, I hope to gain insight and tips here.

I'm kind of a multi-polar kind of girl -- I've taken classes at most of the studios in the Dallas area. 😀 Are you associated with a studio, or working on your own? Mostly I pole at home.
