I joined StudioVeena a couple months ago, and thought it's about time I introduced myself! I'm Janis in Orange County, CA and have been pole dancing since February. I've found StudioVeena to be very helpful! I own a Platinum Stages stage pole, but will be switching to a Lil' Mynx stationary pole fairly soon...just need to get the husband to install it!!!

hi and welcome! i have a lil minx pole and it's great. (HAHA my hubby had to install mine too) i joined about a month ago and it's the best thing i've done in a long time. everyone here is very helpful and understanding and it's nice to come to a place that you can just be yourself and have fun. Glad that you made it and congrats on your soon-to-be- pole lol

Hi I am Selena. I am also from sunny so cal myself. I have a Lil Mynx static/spinning pole. I have been poling for a little over a month now. This is a great site and very informative. I enjoy the lessons alot and they have really helped. Good luck and have fun poling!

I watched one of your videos and you are doing really good! Keep it up! It's definitely a good workout....I never thought I could have upper body strength...before poling I could not do one pull-up or push-up. Now, I can only do about 10 push-ups and a few pull-ups, and no problem climbing (that's more important anyway! 😉 )
