Hi from Nova Scotia Canada: I'm not new to Studio Veena, I've enjoyed her lessons for some time now. I am quite new to the Form. I have have been reading through the Form and find it very interesting and informative. I look forward to being more involved. Bendie

Hi p1nkpr1ncss: Nice to meet you. I have been pole dancing for 2 years. I have a 10 year back ground in Ashtanga Yoga. I fell in love with pole dancing from the very first class. I am absoultely addicted! Where are you from? How long have you been pole dancing? Take Care, Bendie:)
I am in the UK and have only just started pole dancing. I go to lessons every week and have been going about 2 and a half months now. I can't believe how much I love it - I look forwards to my lesson every week and can't wait to get my pole for my birthday (not until November though!). Do you find pole dancing quite easy after doing so much yoga? You must be super flexible! Hehe. I am trying to improve my flexibility at the moment 🙂 -x-

I think yoga is the only reason I can pole dance at all. I was 44 when I started poledancing and yoga had given me the strength and flexibilty needed. Pole dancing has given me many challenges. I am now just starting moves like Aysia and Jacknife. Bendie
