Hi from North Carolina!

Hi everyone, I'm Melissa! I have been married to a Marine for nearly 13 years now. We have 3 gorgeous little girls ages 9, 8 and 6. I am a stay at home mom and student. I am studying 📚 to earn my Bachelor's degree in Photography. We live in Havelock, about 20 minutes from the ocean. I am old and new to pole dancing lol. 🤔 About 10 years ago I was a dancer for a very brief 3 months. I got my pole in October '08 for my birthday but then found out my husband had orders to move so I didn't really get to dance on it much. So now here it is almost a year later and I finally got my pretty pink pole put up! (about 2 weeks ago) 👍 Truth be told my girlies have been on it more than I have though. My middle daughter climbs her way to the top like a monkey. She can even pole sit (I'm kinda jealous) 😁 She's been trying to do some of the spins as well. I can't wait to start taking Veena's lessons! I am trying to get back into shape. Well, round is a shape but it's not the shape I want to be! 😂 I am thrilled to be a part of such a supportive online community! I posted my first video last night and several people have already made comments. Everyone is so supportive and I LOVE THAT!!! If I had posted on youtube I would have so many people heckling me because of my size. Thank you Veena for creating this safe haven for us, where big girls can be active as well! Melissa })i({
