Hi from NC!

I signed up for this forum awhile back, but haven't gotten the chance to get on here til now. I love what Veena has done! I'm a certified Vertical Dance Instructor in North Carolina. I've been addicted to pole dancing for four years. I have scoliosis and have had a spinal fusion due to it. I love how much strength and flexibility dancing has given me. Can't wait to meet all of you lovely ladies!

Fantastic, Great to have you here!! 🥂 How has the scoliosis affected your pole dancing? Have you been limited or has it actually help you feel better? 🌸 It has actually helped me to feel better. I thought I would have to modify a lot of the moves when I got my first pole, but to my surprise, I didn't. I'm amazed by how much it has helped me because in a way I use to feel a bit handicapped. There was so much I couldn't do or had trouble doing because of my back. Now, I can do anything! So far, there has only been one thing in pole dancing that I can't do. I can even do body waves which surprise me. I've completed my beginner and intermediate certifications and am almost done with my advanced. Four years ago I never would have thought that I would ever get this far with it. It started as just something fun, now it consumes me. 😀
