Hi I haven't got a pole yet but waiting for the new x-stage lite and hoping my boyfriend will buy me the online lessons for Christmas! I'm supposed to be doing part-time study on top of my job but got a feeling my new pole may get in the way!! Aisha

welcome Aisha I'm sure you will enjoy yourself here with us. I'm from Canada and start poling with Veena lesson since march 2010. Thanks for all the posts!! How does the bendy buddies hting work? I don't have a web cam or anything. I have just bought Relax into Stretch, thogh maybe that is not such a good idea as I have just really bad knees recently and went to physio to be told i have hyper-mobile knees. But I still need to get my splits up to speed and my back ultra-bendy again - dilemma! And I wish I could say I definitely will be getting the x-stage lite soon but althoguh I've been promised I will be able to order one, the date keeps getting put back and back. I'm getting so desperate but I can't put up an noraml x-pole in my flat!!
We just get together to stretch it's mostly for motivation because i'm not a pro. You don't need a webcam it just help us share some move. If you want, join us in the chat around 8h tonight, warm-up right before and you can give it a try if you want or wait later when you feel more safe about your knee.
