Hi everybody, im writing from China but I am originally from Italy. I've been poldancing only for a month (and I already got my first injury), so I am still a beginner, but I hope to learn soon. Nice meeting you all here

From Italy to China? That's an interesting move, I imagine the culture must be totally different! Welcome to the addictive world of pole! 😀
Hello and welcome! I'm sorry about your injury. Have you thought about taking some lessons here online. I have some helpful strength training lessons and all of the lessons are in order so you know what is appropriate to work on as you progress. 🌸
