Hi from Australia!

HI all, I live in sunny Perth in Western Australia. I am enroled in a beginner pole dance course that starts in one week, am so excited! I am 27 and am hoping to get back some of my flexibility and strength, have looked at Veena's lessons and think they look great. If I like my classes I have already decided where my very own x-pole will go in my house 🙂 Michelle

Welcome, a little more info on the lessons...I am up dating all the old (first addition) lessons and I'm adding brand new lessons every month. We have lessons for, a warm up, cool down, stretching, strength moves (using your pole) beginner, intermediate, advanced, and even some fun and silly lap dance lessons. I have a lot more I'll be adding, but I'm keeping that a secret. 😜 🤐
