Hi another newbie from wallington England!!

Hi i am a newbie from wallington. I recently purchased a peekaboo pole, my partner cleverly put some screws in the ceiling so it doesn't wobble, thank goodness for men haha. I do not have any lessons so i am looking to just pick up some cool moves from all you ladies out there. i have tried to do some moves but failed as it pulls my skin and i seem to just fall off the pole, quite funny if you saw it, but i suppose everyone starts somewhere. i used to pole properly for the first time last night and i danced to two songs, i have woken today in alot of pain it aches so much.... is that just because im unfit? 😕 anyway sorry enough about me was just meant to be saying hello.
