Hi All--- New in Georgia!

My XPole should be arriving via FedEx at ANY MINUTE!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!!! A friend of mine has opened her own in home Pole Exercise studio, and she has taught me a few things- I can't wait to perfect what I do know, and to learn so much more. I'm very excited to not only become more confident as a woman, but to really learn how to use the pole to become more physically fit--- any advice here? Thanks ladies! I'm excited to be apart of this community!
