Hi, Iv just got my new pole and ready to learn pole dancing, I must say i didnt expect it to be easy but ive ripped my hands to shreds lol 😀, but its soo much fun. I suppose the best thing to do is keep going, looking forward to getting tips and sharing my progress. Nat xx 🙂

Hey Natz! Welcome to the site and congrats on the new pole! I remember when I first started thinking that this was gonna be easy....yeah right! It is def way harder than it looks! Makes you hold dancers in a whole new light!?!?! Anyway, hope you share your progress with us! 😀
Welcome! yeah, you do get quite a beating in the beginning...i would know because i'm still a beginner. i'm covered in bruises and i can relate to the "shreading" lol. gald you are here 😀
