Hi, I am a beginner at this, I find it difficult getting used to the pole as I am a guy and dont quite have the flexibility for it yet. But if anyone is able to help me with a few ways to learn to spin on the pole it would be really appreciated. Thanks! 🙂

Hello from Brantford! Veena's lessons on spinning are excellent, particularly the "Before you spin" one. The key is momentum, letting your body fall into the spin, swinging the outside leg into the move. I've used many videos, but I just bought the full membership here (the dollar was finally over 90) to access the lessons and they're well worth it. I finally got the cradle spin when five other tutorials couldn't adequately teach me the move. I cannot recommend the lessons here highly enough! Finally, we're getting some good weather, eh?

Welcome, yes as elliocho so kindly said...I go over how to spin properly and my lessons also include strength work to prepare your body for the demands of pole. 😀
