Welcome to studioVeena and welcome to the wonderful world of pole Heather!!!! I have a two year old son (not nearly as time consuming as 2 yr old twins and a 2 month old must be), and pole has been great for 1. Easing the mama stress 2. getting my body back 3.Helping remember that yes, I'm a mother, but I'm also still a woman, which can be easy to forget when your life is consumed by caring for tiny people! 😂
