Hey my names Shannon and im from WA, Australia. My pole is hand made and is removable. Thanks dad 🙂 For a while i have just been mucking around on it and having ago at holding myself up. I joined here so i can build up my strength and get some great advice on new moves and exercises 🙂 I look forward to meeting you all!

Hi neighbour! I'm from NZ. Welcome to Studio Veena 🙂 I love that fact that your dad made you a pole 🥂 Oh my god Sascha! I've had that same thought about a clear pole with glitter!! We should make it together. I also think a gold pole with red spiral paint would be sweet, kinda like the ones on those carousel. Which gets me thinking... I wish I could pole dance on a carousel.
