Hey from London, UK!

Hello everyone! Really excited to be on here and get to know everyone! I'm based over in London, England. I run Pole Exercise (http://www.poleexercise.co.uk) and produce alternative fitness DVDs for the fitness market! I also teach pole - and set up my first pole school over 8 years ago!
