Welcome! You found the right place. This is a great site to share your pole journey, get encouragement and support.
I'm a newbie too! I started watching the Beginners videos and slowly getting into it. How have your experience been? For me, I'm practicing about 30 minutes a day but I'm still not sure if I'm doing it right. Some movements are so hard (yet) I will get there though :) I've not explored the whole website yet, but the discussion board feature it pretty good. Wish you the best!
