hi hi! welcome to the site! if youre looking for tips i would try searching the pole moves forum, there is TONS of information on there about anything and everything you could learn about pole moves. also if you pop into friday chat someone in there is bound to be able to answer all your questions. happy poling!
Welcome! And I second glitter's advice of searching the forum. There is so much great info on here sometime I love to just go back and search some random little thing that might be giving me trouble or I want to be more knowledgable about and re-remind myself of all the great tips, tricks and info people have given over time.
