Sorry I've been a bit absent, my Mom, Dad, big sister and her 2 kids are out here visiting from ND for a few more days. I'm excited you all enjoyed the news letter, we are nothing with out our wonderful members!!! 🥂 🥂

fabulous, absolutely fabulous 🙂 the quality sound and video is perfect, and you know i like you girls 😉 i was trying to pay back my credit card, but i will probably sign up for next month's pole class 🙂 i skipped 2 months because of the expensive ex-boyfriend, and the studio didn't return my call (they had a fire, but moved to a new better place) i have an awesome pole and not on it in months! i had a new boyfriend, then i took it down when i left on vacation... i'm due to wash and re-oil it, and how long til THAT happens... i have a secret plan to get more discipline... any tips, anybody? i have been working out cardio for a month now, and lost a few pounds with eating less too. 🙂 lis
