Help! X Joint twisted!!

I can't get my x joint untested, I guess it was too loose when I was dancing and it twisted and now it's stuck. I have put it in the freezer &I tried the broom trick.... I broke the broom 🙄 Lol how can I untwist it??

I don't have my pole yet so I can't help you, but I've heard x-pole has really good customer service! Try contacting them?

Thank you! Talked to xpole, broke another broom, and got it out!
