You are welcome :) I'm hoping that like every other pole move it gets to the point that it it doesn't hurt. I hope someone whose mastered this can let us know!

First time i tried that was about 5 or 6 months ago, just did it, took the picture and never wanted to try again! until recently... at first hurt a lot but I tried to do it a couple times each practice and in a few weeks the pain was gone. still pinches a little bit when I dont get the leg at the exact place, but its fine :)
