HELP! Sending my A-pole back to Xpole headquarters

I'm suppose to be shipping my A-pole back to Xpole headquarters in Cali. I can't seem to find a box long enough to ship it... so i guess my question is has anyone ever had to do this and if so, how did you manage to ship it? did you just wrap it in bubble wrap and it was okay? or did you find a box? I feel like this is such a silly problem but it's the only thing postponing me from getting my pole there to be fixed! any suggestions or help would be awesome!
