Help please. xD

Okay so i moved back in June of 2009 and my pole was up for 2 weeks before I took it down for the move. i didn't think it would be as stuck as it was, so I left my pole with my aunt (together because i couldn't get it apart... tried for over the span 2 days for like 9 hours to get it apart, probably longer... even broke one of the release rods...) and now i'm back to visit and attempted to get the pole apart and it still wouldn't budge... so I think to myself... I'm gonna order the super release tools to get my pole apart because i know that will work!!! And then I realize that I'm going back home on on thursday and the release tools won't be in by that time so... and i don't trust anyone else taking the pole apart and shipping it... so does anyone know what I can do to get them apart? I read to make the joints really cold and try but i don't want to rust it if that doesn't work so any suggestions? or does anyone know where i can get the release tools with overnight shipping? I couldn't find one... I MISS MY POLE!!!! *cries* Thanks.

Try putting the pole up ad the loosening the parts while it's still erected. Just be sure to loosen the nut on top first. Also, use screw drivers instead of the chopsticks. They offer more leverage and are more comfortable to grip. If that doesn't work, you can put the screwdrivers through the holes and lay the pole on the ground. Have someone stomp on the screwdriver,pushing it into the floor to give it a quick shock and counter force from the ground. Good luck!

Take it to the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. They have a machine that will hold pipes (aka poles) in place while they cut them, or in this case, unscrew the pieces.
